All vehicles go through strict QC procedures including component inspection, assembly line checks, battery and motor testing, and road testing before shipping.

The MOQ is 10 units. Mixed-model FCL or LCL containers are welcome, so dealers can combine several models in one order.

Standard orders ship in 7–15 working days (15–20 working days for larger orders). OEM/ODM orders may add a few days.

A 30%–50% T/T deposit, with the balance paid against the pre-shipment production video (PSPV) before the container ships.

Motor and controller: 12 months. Lithium battery: 12 months at >=70% capacity. Lead-acid battery: 6 months at >=60% capacity. Frame: 24 months structural. Warranty starts from the Bill of Lading date.

Standard China 3C; CE, CB, EEC, COC and SONCAP are available on application by target market. A Form E (China-ASEAN FTA) certificate of origin is provided on request to reduce duties.
